We have invited Bonnie & Helena's family over to our cabin this weekend for Korean BBQ. As usual, we enjoyed the company and had lots of delicious food. Kids had fun at the pool.

Erica's Open House @ Colina Middle School

It's Erica's 1st end of school year (Grade 6) open house at Colina Middle School! Lovely display of students' work. Erica has learned so much this year and she is adapting to middle school very well! Erica has been working very hard throughout the school year and we are all very proud that she has earned honor roll this year!

Vivian's 4th grade class open house

It's Vivian's end of 4th grade open house, she has done lot's of beautiful school projects in the class throughout the school year. We are so happy to see Vivian's progress! Here are some pictures to share.

Erica's school portraits

This year school is getting a little too aggressive on student portraits! They printed out one 8x10, two 5x7, four 3x5, eight 2x3 and a bunch of keychain cards for students to buy. Entire package $49! As always, we never buy school portraits, will return all pictures back to school on Monday.

2015 Conejo Valley school district String Festival

This is Vivian's 2nd violin group performance at the Thousand Oaks Civic Art Center. Hosted by Westlake Village High School. This time she was in violin intermediate class, she has a great improvement compared to last year's level, we are happy to see her keep playing violin this year. The show was great except the performance session by the high school philharmonic orchestra was way too long (25 minutes) and everybody got bored, hope next year they can cut it to half the time.
